

Biography
Mod Luren is a singer-songwriter and producer from the Dallas-Forth Worth area. He always had a love for music since he could remember. He grew up listening to music such as Sade, Erykah Badu, Jill Scott, Marvin Gaye and Etc.
When Mod was 17 he started writing poetry not thinking anything of it and then they later turned into songs. Later on in 2021 he started learning piano, studying under Jazz- pianist Peter Rioux. During that time as well he studied Electric guitar/bass under Hector- Torres Gonzalez. This changed his whole land scape as a musician. He learned the foundations of Jazz and R&B. This inspired him to create music to not only honor the past but to create music for present day as well.
In (2024-present) Mod is currently studying Jazz Voice at the University of Texas at Arlington. Where he has studied with Jazz singer (Whitney James) and his current professor (Dani Toralla)
While continuing his studies Mod still continues to release music. His first single Adjust came out in July of 2025. His second single (Fool's Gold) came out in October of 2025. He released first Ep (Unctrl) in January of 2026. He continues to perform and leave his mark around the Dallas-Forth Worth Area.
